As most governments were determining the best way to respond and adapt to the immediate impacts of COVID-19 in the early months of 2020, the City of Springfield, MO placed an emphasis on pooling together resources to help the community. A core component of this included the encouragement for community members (individuals, nonprofits, and businesses) to work together and for each other by pledging their help to the city and the broader surrounding Ozarks.

The Help Ozarks Pledge was the heart of this effort. It provided a lens to communicate important and vital information to the community at large. These communication efforts had to be cohesive and distinctly different from the primary branding of the City of Springfield. All announcements and educational material adopted the Help Ozarks branding allowing for easy recognition of content and source.

Due to the rapid and increase nature of health updates we were able to create the campaign, with numerous deliverables, over the course of a single week - developing the campaign branding and primary assets. This included various logo lockups, an initial run of website headers/footers, web ads, social media posts, decals, signs, flyers, and even billboards. I pledge to use my skills towards the greater good for community.
